Job Description
This is a contract role for a Mentor & Companion. As a Mentor & Companion, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to adolescents and adults.
We support our clients with a holistic approach focusing on the following areas : relational skills, emotional intelligence, physical wellness, spirituality, educational / occupational development, financial wellness, as well as substance abuse and recovery support.
Requirements
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of mental & behavioral health
- Ability to create a safe and nurturing environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
